Trout Herby Style
The perfect trout herby style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Trout {self-caught} approx. 1500 gr
- 1 St Leek
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 3 Thyme branches
- Salt pepper
- Granular broth
- Gutting, cleaning and washing trout.
- Cut the leek into rings, slice the carrots and finely chop the parsley. Mix everything together.
- Season the trout with salt, pepper and granulated broth and fill with the vegetables. Pluck the thyme and spread it on the fish.
- Place the fish on aluminum foil and wrap. Bake in the 160 degree oven for 50 minutes.
