Trout Herby Style

The perfect trout herby style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Trout {self-caught} approx. 1500 gr
  • 1 St Leek
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 3 Thyme branches
  • Salt pepper
  • Granular broth
  1. Gutting, cleaning and washing trout.
  2. Cut the leek into rings, slice the carrots and finely chop the parsley. Mix everything together.
  3. Season the trout with salt, pepper and granulated broth and fill with the vegetables. Pluck the thyme and spread it on the fish.
  4. Place the fish on aluminum foil and wrap. Bake in the 160 degree oven for 50 minutes.
