Spicy Pork Roulade Gratinated with Cheese Sauce

The perfect spicy pork roulade gratinated with cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pork roulades
  • 1 cups Spread paprika-chili
  • 3 Discs Cooked ham
  • Grated Emmental
  • 0,5 liter Broth
  • Salted pepper from the mill
  • Red chilli flakes
  1. Wash the roulades and pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Spread 1 tablespoon of bread spread over the meat and top with the ham. Roll up the roulades and set them in place. Fry briefly on all sides and place in a baking dish.
  2. Heat the broth, add the remaining spread and briefly bring to the boil while stirring, season with pepper, salt and chilli flakes to taste. Add the sauce to the roulades and place it in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 60 minutes. Sprinkle the roulades with Emmental 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  3. Rauladen with side dishes as desired on plates, cover both with the sauce and serve. Have fun cooking and have a good time together.
