Grandma’s Almond Cookies
The perfect grandma’s almond cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Sugar
- 250 g Margarine
- 2 St Eggs
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 100 g Ground almonds
- Lemon juice
- Knead all ingredients into a dough. Possibly knead some additional flour into the dough if it is still too sticky.
- Roll out on a floured surface and cut out cookies and place on a baking sheet.
- Now decorate with whole almonds, cherries and raisins, or after baking and cooling, garnish with icing and various sprinkles.
- The cookies are baked at approx. 180 ° C for about 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the degree of browning desired.
