Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Margarine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Knead all ingredients into a dough. Possibly knead some additional flour into the dough if it is still too sticky.
  • Roll out on a floured surface and cut out cookies and place on a baking sheet.
  • Now decorate with whole almonds, cherries and raisins, or after baking and cooling, garnish with icing and various sprinkles.
  • The cookies are baked at approx. 180 ° C for about 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the degree of browning desired.
