Spicy Cheese Sauce

The perfect spicy cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 150 g Liptauer spread
  1. Warm the milk, add the processed cheese and Liptauer. Stir until the cheese has melted, done! There is a mild or spicy variant of the Liptauer. Which variant you use is a matter of taste. I personally prefer the spicy one so that the sauce is nice and tangy!
