- 125 g Margarine
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Grated hazelnuts
- 150 g Oat flakes
- 50 g Flour
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
- – Process all ingredients into a dough – form small balls, place on a baking sheet and press lightly with a fork or fingers – bake at 175 degrees until the edge is slightly brown
