Oatmeal – Nut – Pastry

The perfect oatmeal – nut – pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Grated hazelnuts
  • 150 g Oat flakes
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  1. – Process all ingredients into a dough – form small balls, place on a baking sheet and press lightly with a fork or fingers – bake at 175 degrees until the edge is slightly brown
