Vegetable Mince Feta Pasta Pan
The perfect vegetable mince feta pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Pasta
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 2 Onions
- 1 size Zucchini
- 3 Carrots
- 0,5 pack Feta
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper
- 250 ml Beef broth
- Cut the garlic and onions and fry them with the minced meat in the hot olive oil.
- Deglaze with the beef stock and add the sliced carrots and zucchini. Let everything simmer a little.
- At the end of the cooking time, season with rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper and fold in the diced feta cheese. This melts and makes a creamy sauce.
