Chicken and Vegetable Pan with Feta

The perfect chicken and vegetable pan with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Chopped chicken
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 1 small pole Leek
  • 200 g Tk vegetable mix Californian style with sunflower seeds
  • 1 El Ajvar
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 150 g Feta
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika
  • Some chilli oil for frying
  1. Heat the oil in the pan. Finely chop the onion and sauté briefly in the oil. Add the chicken and let everything brown. In the meantime, clean the carrots and leeks. Cut the carrots into small slices and the leek into rings. Add the carrots to the chicken. When the carrots are firm to the bite, add the remaining vegetables. Mix everything well. Add ajvar + creme fraiche and stir in as well. Season to taste with paprika and salt. Cut the feta into small pieces and place on the chicken and vegetable pan. Let it melt briefly with the lid closed. Arrange the whole thing on plates and enjoy with dark bread.
