Grilled Lobster on Strips of Lettuce with Aioli Cream

The perfect grilled lobster on strips of lettuce with aioli cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 piece Cooked lobster
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 piece Lettuce
  • 3 piece Lemons
  1. Thaw the lobster the day before. Halve the lobster with a sharp knife or household scissors. Remove the innards and rinse the lobster.
  1. Peel and squeeze the garlic and mix with olive oil. Brush the lobster halves with it. Pepper and salt.
  1. Grill over in a preheated oven (only top heat) for 5 minutes with the inside facing up on a baking sheet. Place the finished lobster on a lettuce leaf and serve with lemon.
