- 120 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients and whisk over a steamer until very thick and foamy. Ladle into bowls and serve immediately. Serve with sponge cake, butter biscuits, or ladyfingers.
