Grilled Lobster on Strips of Lettuce with Aioli Cream

- 5 piece Cooked lobster
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 piece Lettuce
- 3 piece Lemons
- Thaw the lobster the day before. Halve the lobster with a sharp knife or household scissors. Remove the innards and rinse the lobster.
- Peel and squeeze the garlic and mix with olive oil. Brush the lobster halves with it. Pepper and salt.
- Grill over in a preheated oven (only top heat) for 5 minutes with the inside facing up on a baking sheet. Place the finished lobster on a lettuce leaf and serve with lemon.
