Broccoli Noodles with Sauce Eggs

The perfect broccoli noodles with sauce eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2,5 dl Milk
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Coarse-Grained mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 piece Fresh broccoli
  • 220 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Mix the milk, flour and mustard in a pan. Bring to the boil while stirring, reduce the heat. Season and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
  2. Peel the eggs, cut in half, add to the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the broccoli into florets, cook with the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, mix in butter and season with salt. Serving …
