Ingredients
- 2,5 dL Milk
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Coarse-Grained mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 1 Fresh broccoli
- 220 g Tagliatelle
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Mix the milk, flour and mustard in a pan. Bring to the boil while stirring, reduce the heat. Season and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs, cut in half, add to the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Cut the broccoli into florets, cook with the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, mix in butter and season with salt. Serving ...
