Ingredients
 

  • 2,5 dL Milk
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 3 tbsp Coarse-Grained mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 1 Fresh broccoli
  • 220 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix the milk, flour and mustard in a pan. Bring to the boil while stirring, reduce the heat. Season and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs, cut in half, add to the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Cut the broccoli into florets, cook with the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, mix in butter and season with salt. Serving ...
