Ingredients
- 500 g Fresh broccoli
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 8 Eggs
- 40 g Streaky bacon
- 25 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Curry
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 2 stems Chopped basil
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and collect 400 ml of vegetable water. Cook the eggs in 8 minutes. Dice the bacon, leave in a saucepan, remove. Pour in the butter and melt. Sweat the flour and curry in it, stir in the vegetable water, stock and cream.
- Season with salt and pepper, add broccoli and bacon and heat. Chop the basil. Quench the eggs and peel them. Serve with the broccoli and bacon sauce. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
- Boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes taste good with them.
