Directions

1. First, remove the outer leaves of the savoy cabbage.

2. Cut the autumn vegetables into four parts and remove the stalk.

3. Cut the leaves into strips and wash them well.

4. Now you can prepare the savoy cabbage as you like.

Cooking Savoy Cabbage: Boil strips of cabbage in lightly salted water for about eight minutes. The smaller the strips, the shorter the cooking time.

Steam the savoy cabbage: Chop the cabbage strips and sauté together with chopped onion in a pan or pot with olive oil for about five minutes. Add the vegetable stock and cook the savoy cabbage with the lid closed for about ten minutes.

Blanch savoy cabbage: Blanch cabbage strips in a pot of boiling water for about three minutes. Then rinse in cold water and dry.
