Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large bananas
- 100 g brown sugar
- 75 g wheat flour
- 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 2 eggs
- 35 g oat flakes
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g butter, soft
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
quick and easy
Mash the bananas. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the butter, and mix. When the batter is smooth, add the butter. If the batter is still lumpy, add a teaspoon of milk. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 45 minutes.
