Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 wrap(s)
  • 1 hand cheese, mature
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the Handkäse into 2-3 pieces, depending on its size. Thinly slice the tomato. Thinly slice the spring onion. Spread two-thirds of the sour cream on the wrap. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the arugula, then the tomato slices, and finally the spring onion rings on the sour cream. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar. Place the Handkäse pieces on top and fold the wrap together. Carefully heat everything in the oven at around 180°C for 3-5 minutes. The wrap is ready to serve when the Handkäse begins to melt. Serve with a nice glass of chilled Äppelwoi (apple wine).
