Wild garlic remoulade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g wild garlic
  • 100 g radishes
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 50 g salad – cream, light
  • 150 g yogurt
  • ½ tbsp cucumber juice
  • 5 g sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly rinse the wild garlic under running water. Shake dry and trim the stalks. Then finely slice the wild garlic leaves. Remove any leaves and root ends from the radishes. Briefly rinse under running water, dry, and slice into fine sticks. Slice the gherkin into fine sticks. Mix all ingredients well. Mix the salad cream light, yogurt, and a little pickle juice to make a sauce. Season with pepper, salt, and 5g of sugar. Pour this sauce over the remaining ingredients and mix well. Delicious chilled with boiled potatoes, pan-fried dishes, or grilled meats.
