Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g sheep’s cheese
- 3 tsp raisins
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 stalks parsley, flat, chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp black cumin
- 2 bowls of cress (alternatively 2 bunches of chives)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
enough for 12 balls
Finely crumble the feta cheese. Finely chop the raisins, garlic, and parsley. Combine everything with the honey in a bowl and roll into 12 balls with your hands. Sprinkle the black cumin seeds on a plate and roll the balls in the seeds. Serve the balls on a lawn of cress or chives. Serve with fresh bread and/or salad.
