Quick feta cheese balls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 tsp raisins
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 stalks parsley, flat, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp black cumin
  • 2 bowls of cress (alternatively 2 bunches of chives)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

enough for 12 balls

Finely crumble the feta cheese. Finely chop the raisins, garlic, and parsley. Combine everything with the honey in a bowl and roll into 12 balls with your hands. Sprinkle the black cumin seeds on a plate and roll the balls in the seeds. Serve the balls on a lawn of cress or chives. Serve with fresh bread and/or salad.
