Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 zucchini, young (approx. 100 g)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the quark, crème fraîche, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and lime juice. Clean the radishes, setting some aside for garnish. Dice the rest into tiny pieces. Clean the zucchini, peel the onions, and finely dice both. Mix the diced vegetables with the seasoned quark. Season to taste, if desired. Wash the chives and cut them into small pieces. Serve garnished with the chives and the remaining radishes. Tastes great with boiled potatoes or freshly baked bread.
