Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g butter
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • 1 jar sour cherries (350 g)
  • 2 packs of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 750 ml red wine (Dornfelder), dry
  • 500 g cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For the dough, knead together the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, butter, and salt, then briefly refrigerate. For the filling, bring the red wine and sugar to a boil. Stir in the custard powder and add the cherries. Allow the mixture to cool. Pour the dough into a greased baking dish and pull the edges up. Prick the base with a fork and pour in the red wine and cherry mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 50 minutes. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar, then arrange thick dots close together on the cake. Finally, sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
