Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cl brandy
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • Desiccated coconut for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Light as a sponge cake – but doesn’t get soggy as quickly.

Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time. Sift the flour with the baking powder over the base and stir in the milk and brandy. Grease a 28 cm fruit base pan, sprinkle with desiccated coconut, and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, the base can be topped as desired.
