Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g butter or margarine
- 200 ml water
- 2 handfuls of wild garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Put the flour, eggs, salt, butter or margarine into the bowl of a food processor. Mix gently, then add the water. Beat the batter on high until it bubbles. In the meantime, puree the wild garlic very finely. When the batter bubbles, stir in the wild garlic until it is well distributed. Put the batter into a spaetzle press and press into boiling salted water. When the spaetzle are cooked, they will float to the surface (this happens very quickly). Then rinse the spaetzle with cold water.
