Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without water, only with eggs

For every 50g of flour, add 1 egg. For example, if you use 300g of flour, add 6 eggs and salt. Place the flour, eggs, and salt in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon, then whisk until it bubbles. The dough should fall off the spoon in a tough manner. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes. After the resting time, press the dough into boiling salted water or scrape it by hand. Briefly bring the spaetzle to a boil in the water, then remove with a slotted spoon and place in a sieve. Briefly refresh. Arrange on a platter and serve.
