Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 70 g sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g plums
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • Sugar and cinnamon to taste
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • Bitter almond flavor (only 1-2 drops)
  • 200 g flour
  • some oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with shortcrust pastry

Place all the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a dough. Press the dough into a greased springform pan and prick all over with a fork several times. Spread the sour cream or sour cream over the dough. Place the pitted and quartered plums on top. Drizzle a few drops of sunflower oil over the plums. Then sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on the plums. The amount of sugar depends on how sweet or sour the plums are. Place the crumble on the plums. To make it, knead the crumble from the melted margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, a few drops of bitter almond oil, and the flour and drop it onto the cake. Bake the cake at 160°C for approx. 30-45 minutes, until the crumble is golden yellow. If you like, you can also make this cake with a classic yeast dough; it works just as well.
