Coconut cornflakes hill with white chocolate

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g cornflakes
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped
  • 50 g raisins, 50 g chocolate pops (breakfast flakes)
  • 300 g chocolate, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (put a pan of water on the stove, place a bowl on the pan and let the hot steam melt the chocolate). Stir often! Put the cornflakes, desiccated coconut, chopped almonds, chocolate pops and raisins in a large bowl and mix well, then pour the melted chocolate over the top and mix well! Use two spoons to make small heaps of it on baking paper! Let it dry and then put it in a plastic box for storage! This recipe is really versatile, you can use pretty much anything: oatmeal, all kinds of breakfast cereal (smacks, chocolate pops, cinnamon biscuits) and so on! You can also chop up dried fruit instead of the raisins and add it to the mix.
