Blueberry muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • some salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 175 ml milk
  • ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • some lemon(s), peel
  • 180 g blueberries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a muffin tin thoroughly or line it with paper baking cups. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Beat eggs, add melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, and beat well. Gently stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture, then fold in the blueberries. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
