Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg boiled, peeled potatoes
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • ¼ liter vegetable broth
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

With radishes and spring onions

Slice the potatoes, radishes, and spring onions and combine them in a bowl. Whisk the hot broth with the vinegar and mustard and pour over the vegetables. Let it simmer for 20-30 minutes, then season with salt and vinegar. Serve with breaded schnitzel, smoked pork chops, or meatballs.
