Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), diced
  • 5 tsp garlic, fresh, diced
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with tomato paste and crème fraîche

Combine the crème fraîche with mayonnaise and tomato paste. Stir in the diced onion and garlic, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add sugar and paprika, if desired.
