delicious dessert with orange liqueur and crème fraîche
Soak the gelatine in cold water. Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat gently. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds, and add it to the cream along with the pod. Add the orange liqueur and sugar, and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and remove the vanilla pod. Pour the soaked gelatine into the saucepan while still dripping wet and stir until completely dissolved. Let the cream mixture cool for about 20 minutes, then stir in the crème fraîche. Then pour the mixture into 2-4 cold-rinsed molds, cover, and refrigerate overnight. To serve, turn the well-chilled panna cotta out onto plates and garnish with chocolate sauce and orange segments.
