Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 radish(s) (black radish, spherical)
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tsp vinegar essence, white
  • 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

delicious with roast pork and duck

Peel the black radish. Grate it finely. Add salt and let it “weep” for 15 minutes. Squeeze the radish vigorously. Place the radish in a bowl and add the cream, sugar, vinegar essence, and, if needed, salt. Season lightly. Mix everything well and finish with freshly ground black pepper.
