Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 heads of Chinese cabbage
- 4 oranges
- 400 g natural yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Halve the Chinese cabbage heads and remove the core from all four halves. Cut into 2-3 cm pieces and wash. Then drain. Peel and skin the oranges as well (simply use a knife to trim off enough peel so that you end up with just the orange segment without the skin – do not peel by hand). Cut the orange segments into pieces. Place the orange segments and the lettuce in a salad bowl or similar. Season the yogurt with paprika, curry powder, pepper, and salt to taste. Season to taste, add to the salad, and toss. Serve.
