Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of whole milk, 3.5% (1.5% is also possible)
- 30 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Grandma’s way
Bring the milk to a boil with butter and salt. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Finally, add the pasta and simmer on low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes (the time depends on the type of pasta used). Stir occasionally. Serve hot.
