Kohlrabi stew with minced meat

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 5 kohlrabi with beautiful green leaves
  • 6 large potatoes
  • Vegetable broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sachet of mashed potato powder for thickening
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a little oil in a large pot, season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, peel and dice the kohlrabi and potatoes, roughly chop the kohlrabi leaves, and add everything to the minced meat. Add 2 to 3 liters of water and 2 teaspoons of granulated stock, then simmer for about 20 minutes over medium heat. Once the kohlrabi and potatoes are tender, season the stew with salt and pepper and thicken with mashed potato powder, if desired.
