Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of green beans
- 4 sausages, fresh coarse
- 350 g potatoes
- salt and pepper
- ½ liter broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fast food
Cook the green beans and sausage with the peeled potatoes in 0.5 liters of broth for 30-45 minutes. Then remove the sausages and mash them into the bean and potato mixture. Season with salt and pepper. You can chop the sausages and stir them in, or add them whole.
