Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes, grated
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • Flour
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grate the peeled potatoes into thin strips. Stir in the diced onion. Add 3-4 tablespoons of flour for binding. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly oil a heavy skillet and spread the mixture evenly. Cover and cook over medium heat, turning after about 5 minutes. Finally, cook both sides uncovered until crispy. Serve with a fresh salad, especially endive.
