Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 250 g sauerkraut
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of caraway

Peel the potatoes and coarsely grate them. Drain the sauerkraut and chop it. Combine the potatoes, sauerkraut, eggs, and flour and season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Heat the foil in a pan. Drop the batter, tablespoon by tablespoon, onto the foil, spread into fritters, and bake for about 4 minutes on each side. Delicious with dips, chutneys, or vegetables.
