White bean soup with sausage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages (cooked mettwurst)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 1 gr. can/n beans, white
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • nutmeg

Slice the sausages. Trim, wash, and slice the leeks. Melt the butter in a soup pot, add the leeks, and sauté for about 2 minutes, adding a little salt. Add the meat broth, beans with their juices, and sliced ​​sausage. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Mix the flour with the milk, add to the soup, bring to a boil, and simmer for a few more minutes. Before serving, add finely chopped parsley and season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
