Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 sausages (cooked mettwurst)
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 liter meat broth
- 1 gr. can/n beans, white
- 1 tbsp flour
- ¼ liter of milk
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the sausages. Trim, wash, and slice the leeks. Melt the butter in a soup pot, add the leeks, and sauté for about 2 minutes, adding a little salt. Add the meat broth, beans with their juices, and sliced sausage. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Mix the flour with the milk, add to the soup, bring to a boil, and simmer for a few more minutes. Before serving, add finely chopped parsley and season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
