Tomato pasta soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, preferably croissants
  • 1 gr. can/n soup, (tomato cream soup), concentrate, e.g. from Unox
  • 250 g onion(s)
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 400 g meat sausage
  • Tabasco, salt, pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the onions and bell peppers. Cut the sausage into sticks. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Sauté the onions and bell peppers in hot oil, then deglaze with the tomato cream soup. Fill the soup can with water and add the water to the soup. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the sausage and pasta to the soup, heat through, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
