Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g tagliatelle
- 70 g butter
- 100 g ham, air-dried Italian
- salt and pepper
- e.g. Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pasta with butter and air-dried ham
Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente. Heat butter in a pan, lightly fry the sliced ham, add the drained pasta, mix, season with plenty of pepper, and serve immediately, sprinkled with plenty of Parmesan cheese. A delicious and quick dish, it also makes a great appetizer.
