Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 100 ml yogurt
- ½ tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- possibly mint
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Dice the cucumber and place it in a bowl. Blend the yogurt, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice with a hand mixer, season with salt and pepper, and toss with the cucumbers. Garnish with mint, if desired.
