Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 packs of feta cheese
- 4 bell peppers, red or mixed
- 3 cups of cream
- salt and pepper

Turkish style
Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper; if they’re too thick, cut them in half. Place them in a casserole dish or roasting pan. Deseed the bell peppers, dice them, and arrange them on top of the meat. Pour in the cream; the fillets should be well coated; depending on their thickness, you may need 4 cups of cream. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the feta. When the fillets are nice and tender, sprinkle the feta over the casserole, drop a few cubes into the cream sauce, and bake for another 10 minutes. Rice goes best with this dish.
