Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s) (or turkey)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 large garlic clove(s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 packet of béchamel sauce
- 2 sprigs rosemary, fresh
- salt and pepper
- 1 pack of feta cheese

Quick and original oven dish
Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and add them. Place in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F). In the meantime, clean and finely chop the mushrooms, zucchini, and spring onions. Wash the rosemary and remove the leaves. After the meat has been in the oven for about 15 minutes, add the vegetables and rosemary, season with salt and pepper, and bake for about another 7 minutes. Then stir in the béchamel sauce, sprinkle with the feta cheese, and bake for another 7 minutes. Serve with rice or ciabatta.
