Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 125 g butter
  • 30 g starch flour
  • ½ small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A cookie dough with many possibilities

Mix the first 6 ingredients into a smooth batter and, using 2 teaspoons, place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes. Tip: You can stir in various types of pudding powder instead of cornstarch, or sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, cinnamon, or desiccated coconut instead of almond flakes.
