Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- ½ head of cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 tbsp paprika paste
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Pul Biber (leaf peppers)
- ½ bunch parsley, fresh
- 2 large onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 5 Pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- Olive oil, for frying
- 500 ml water, boiling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cooked potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Finely chop the onions, peppers, and tomatoes, and mince the garlic. Fry the onions, peppers, and garlic in olive oil. Add the minced meat and continue to fry. Add the paprika paste, pul biber, and tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes are soft. Finally, add the chopped parsley. Stir and pour in 500 ml of boiling water, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Divide the cauliflower into florets and place them in the center of a round baking sheet with the carrots. Spread the minced meat on top. Then simply place the potatoes to the side. Pour the remaining sauce from the minced meat over the potatoes to brown them in the oven. Place everything in the oven at 200 °C for about 45 minutes.
