Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 onion(s) (vegetable onion)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g rice
- 100 g raisins
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 0.2 g saffron
- Ginger powder
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Rinse the meat, pat dry, and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onions. Trim and dice the bell peppers. Heat olive oil and fry the chicken pieces. Add the onion and bell pepper and fry. Stir in the rice and raisins, pour in the broth, and season with saffron, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer the pilaf for about 30 minutes over low heat.
