Except for the minced meat, all of the ingredients for the doner meat are chopped in a food processor, then mixed with the minced meat and kneaded. The minced meat is rolled into a roll, wrapped in cling film, and placed in the freezer for at least three hours. It is best to leave the meat in the freezer overnight. Remove the meat from the freezer, cut into very thin slices, and fry in a non-stick pan with a little oil. Fry the peppers and tomato slices in the same pan. Cook the required amount of rice. First, place the rice on a serving plate, then add the doner meat to the sides and finally garnish with the fried peppers and tomatoes.
