Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 460 g wheat flour type 405
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200 g tahini
- 150 g sunflower oil
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 70 g walnuts, chopped

Sift the flour with the cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix the sunflower oil with the tahini, then stir in the powdered sugar and add the walnuts. Work the sifted flour into the dough until you get a dough that’s not too sticky. Knead in a little more flour if necessary. Cut off 35 equal pieces of dough, form them into balls with the palms of your hands, and flatten them slightly. Place them on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the cookies in the top rack for about 15-18 minutes, until they begin to crack. Let cool slightly on a wire rack and serve with tea.
