- 500 g flour
- 500 g potato flour
- 500 g margarine
- 250 g icing sugar and some for dusting

Turkish cookies
Soften the margarine, then knead it well with the potato flour, flour, and powdered sugar. Divide the dough into four pieces and roll them out lengthwise. Cut each piece into approximately 2 cm thick slices and press a pattern onto each one with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack until golden brown. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
