Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan oven). Separate the almonds from any pieces and place them in a large bowl. Dissolve the sea salt in warm water in a glass by stirring. Then add the salted water to the almonds in the bowl and mix everything well with your hands for about 1 minute. Using both hands, scoop out a portion of the almonds and shake them off well/let them drain. Spread the drained almonds on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Then bake the almonds for about 20 minutes, mixing briefly with a wooden spoon 1-2 times during the baking process. Remove the baking tray from the oven and let the almonds cool for at least 1 hour.
